Unique Design We receive new shipments each month from all of the various countries and regions that we work in. How the store came to be; Welcome to Hopkins Blvd. Imports. I'm Jim Peresich, Proprietor. Mary Beth Edgerton, my sister, is an interior designer in San Antonio. While visiting her she would take me to her clients, then to the stores she would shop at for her projects. Her idea was to have one store that would fill the need of locating functional or "WOW" pieces for her clients. The result is Hopkins Blvd. Imports. We named the store after the street we grew up on. Affordability Our imported furniture comes from Indonesia, India, and Thailand, among others. These countries are home to some of the world’s most gifted craftsmen that produce exquisite furniture for important dignitaries, royalty, and celebrities. Since there is no middleman (we get the pieces directly from the craftsmen), you will find extremely low prices on exquisitely crafted furniture at Hopkins Blvd Imports.	Eco-Friendly All Furniture that we sell is made from sustainable wood sources or reclaimed wood. New wood that is used is cut from government regulated growth forests that are replenished quickly. We also sell furniture made from environmentally sustainable plants, like water hyacinth, banana leaf, bamboo, and rattan. We pride ourselves in the use of natural oils and waxes in our wood finishes.

We deal directly with families and small businesses rather than with middle men. * We maintain agents in each country to provide quality control and consistency in our product. * We design many of our items, or select one-of-a-kind items, giving our selection uniqueness that can't be found anywhere else. * We have established long term relationships with our suppliers and craftsmanthat produce our product. * We have strived to be ecofriendly since inception. our wood is plantation grown by licensed sources or reclaimed. * We use many other organic materials in the construction and finish of our collection * .We received our first container of merchandise in December of 1997 in Gulfport Mississippi. * Our long term goals are to open additional stores in markets that we have *established relationships with personnel We believe wil*l help develop and grow our concept. In addition to retail we are increasing our wholesale business. Our interests lies in building relationships that will last well into the future. * For customers with large or multiple stores, container rates are available. We can direct ship from country of origin or from our warehouse. * Wholesale is available to qualified designers and retailers.We can send photos of pieces of intereset, keeping in mind that each one is unique in its own way.
